Ikuti aja langkah-langkah ini:

1.motong gambar:
-magic wand tool (tolerance 32)
-erase tool
-layer>new>layer via cut (shift+ctrl+j)

2.bikin awan:
-lasso tool
-add to selection
-select>feather (10 pix) (shift+F6)
-filter>render>clouds
-image>adjustmen>levels (ctrl+L)

3.bikin kobaran api:
-elliptical marquee (feather 10)
-substract from selection
-pilih fore&background terserah
-filter>render>clouds
-filter>liquify (shift+ctrl+X)

4.bikin kobaran api part2:
-brush tool
-magic wand tool
-select>similar
-shift+F6
-filter>clouds
-shift+ctrl+x

5.bikin wave:
-elliptical marquee
-gradient tool (opacity 75%)>fore to back
-shift+F6
-tarik atas k bawah O
-filter>distort>wave
